Two decades ago, my life took an unexpected turn that led me to a dialogue with God. This introduced me to a new dimension of love, divine experiences, and the beginning of a transformative journey that has reshaped my understanding of myself, God, others and life itself.

Immersing myself in the study of our unique designs as crafted by God, I embraced personal healing through a compassionate lens as the keystone to a vibrant life. This deep dive into the Father's heart has been an incredible voyage of self-discovery and worth, breaking through limiting beliefs, nurturing intercession, and fostering a personal value for the culture of wholeness, as a whole. I've come to appreciate the integrity of aligning every aspect of my being with my spiritual path, living authentically through every light and shadow of life.

The unfolding global pandemic became a pivot point for me, leading to profound realizations and further grounding. After becoming ill, I decided to go after answers—exploring further into mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. This exploration led me to attachment theories, the nuances of safe connections through polyvagal theory, and the power of shared stories within a community for collective healing. Holistic health practices further highlighted the inseparable connection between mind, body, and spirit, and the impact this integration has on overall wellness.

Now, as co-founder of this initiative and certified coach, I stand at a juncture where 6 years of personal and professional training connect, allowing me to honor my narrative while boldly claiming ownership of my own life's direction by passing what has helped me to others.

Embracing the full spectrum of who we are begins with honest self-acceptance and nurturing a compassionate relationship with ourselves.
